- Custom Sound Instruments began in the beginning of 2004 and I've been the sole proprietor and operator since its inception. I began my dedication to the guitar in my early teens. At that time, after studying guitar building for a year, I built my first instrument. I've had the opportunity to learn and apprentice with some great luthiers along the way. Welcome to my blog.
